The well equipped cottages are surrounded by gardens and set back from a quiet road between the villages of Kirkoswald and Renwick. In a slightly elevated position they enjoy uninterrupted views across tranquil pastures and woodlands towards the hills of the Lake District and Penines.

Flowing through the Eden Valley is the magnificent River Eden where you can enjoy some great riverside walks. Close to Kirkoswald can be found Laceys Caves, carved out of sandstone and found right on the riverbank.
The most scenic railway in England, the Settle to Carlisle line, runs through the Eden Valley, with stations at Lazonby, Appleby and Kirkby Stephen
