The weather hasn’t spoilt guests getting out and enjoying the countryside around Howscales here or visiting the many attractions in the area. The garden has flourished with some rain and guests can enjoy the quiet corners and fantastic views.

Hanging baskets and troughs are enjoying the sunny warm weather and giving a splash of colour around the courtyard here at Howscales.
Squirrels are back!

After a long and very cold winter its great to see the red squirrels in the area have survived and are coming into the garden to look for their favorite treat of Italian hazelnuts.There is quite a number around Park Head here and they can be seen at any time of day.

Enjoy’s exploring the garden checking out the wildlife but a fair weather walker!
Not content with her chews and toys nothing is safe not even my shoes from her sharp teeth!
